The Unofficial WordPerfect Weblog (WPBLOG) is written by Marie Carnes, a legal secrtary/paralegal living and working in Springfield, Illinois. See, About the Author, for more information.

WPBLOG is an ongoing endeavor about WordPerfect and things related to office technology. Originally, it was going to be devoted solely to WordPerfect. However, it was soon realized that WordPerfect is not an island unto itself. Therefore, I will attempt to delve into other subjects which may be useful or helpful to office workers and word processors.

WPBLOG includes news, tips, tricks, tutorials, product recommendations, and more. The "more" part includes a vast range of things.

Most of the tips and tutorials found here are geared towards the novice WordPerfect user on a Windows machine. Although, even WordPerfect geeks might find something worthwhile here.

Comments and opinions on WPBLOG posts are encouraged in the comments section of each post. However, opinions left by others are not necessarily construed to be the opinions of WPBLOG or the author.

A word about Microsoft bashing: I don't do it. Okay. That was four words. Microsoft bashing is everywhere. As is WordPerfect bashing. It's my belief that promoting use of a product can be accomplished without defaming its competition. Bashing any product is not my personal style. Although, I understand and try to be tolerant of others' needs to do, unless it gets really vile.

WPBLOG is not a part of the Corel Corporation, or any corporation, for that matter.
