Creating an index in WordPerfect

In response to the second part of Roger@MHA's comment on Password protecting files as follows:

Next "UPGRADE" in WP 12 is the Indexer no longer works. After numerous Tech support(?) contacts they "Solved" my problem by saying "Oops" Indexing no longer works.

I'm going to take the easy way out and point to WordPerfect Office Tutorials, "Working with Master Documents and Subdocuments."
