Working with highlight in WordPerfect documents
If you work with draft documents and want to emphasize the changes so your collaborators or boss (or you) can quickly see them later, or, if you just want to draw attention to specific parts of a final document, then WordPerfect's highlight feature is an excellent tool.
First, select the text you want highlighted.

In the main menu, navigate to tools, then click highlight.

Click on. You can also change the color and shading level of the highlight.

Remember to turn off the highlights, if necessary, for the final product. And, be sure to remove them if you don't want the highlights seen in the final product before it gets distributed. Or, you can choose to print with or without highlights. If you publish to PDF, you can choose to leave the highlights visible by leaving them turned on.
