The art of getting what you want from your boss

While looking for something else, I happened upon a very interesting article by Michael Hyatt: How to Sell Your Boss. It's a somewhat lengthy, but worthwhile read, for those among us who are often in the position of trying to explain our brilliant ideas to the boss.

Not that I'll be asking my new boss for anything any time soon, since I just started working for her two days ago. But, for future reference.
