Know what's running on your PC
Ever wonder what processes are running on your PC? ProcessLibrary.com is a free information library that lists and explains various processes one might find on one's computer at any time.
Bring up the Windows Task Manager by doing a quick CTRL ALT DELETE. Click the Processes tab and look over the list of running processes. If there's something on the list that looks suspicious, type the name of the process into ProcessLibrary.com to get a display of what the process does and whether it's safe to remove it, or not.
