Quickmarks revisited
I previously discussed how to use Quickmarks in WordPerfect 9, 10, 11, and 12 in:
This feature also works in WordPerfect X3.
Quickmarks is also sometimes referred to as "return to last cursor position" or "return to last edit position."
It can be used within a single editing session, or, multiple editing sessions. So, if you close the document and come back to it another time, your Quickmark will still be there.
As far as I know, it is turned on by default in WP 9, 10, 11, 12 and X3. That is, you don't have to do anything special to enable Quickmarks.
Also, as a privacy and security precaution, when I go to my Quickmark, I simply hit the Backspace key once, thus deleting it. Not that it should matter (like some metadata) , but in case you have to send the file on to someone else, they won't know where your Quickmark was.
