E-discovery
I worry about e-discovery. No, I didn't miss a deadline. And, no, it really has nothing to do with the fact that the federal rules are changing on December 1, 2006. The problem is, if I was faced with having to work on an e-discovery project for the lawyer I work for, I would have no idea what to do.
Fortunately, Tom Mighell and Dennis Kennedy have put together a list of links that address this very issue:
